Counter Strike: Source - Valve liefert neues Update

Counter Strike:Source wurde mal wieder einem Update unterzogen. Neben neuen Features wurden natürlich auch ein paar Bugs gefixt. Anbei das komplette Changelog.

Counter Strike: Source
- Added zoom/scope to first person view in SourceTV
- Fixed exploit to access full map overview while alive
- Fixed exploit to bypass mp_forcecamera 1 restrictions

Source Engine
- Fixed clock synchronization while recording a demo

SourceTV
- Added number of spectators and broadcast title in spectator GUI
- Added chat groups for SourceTV spectators - Increased max broadcast delay from 90 to 120 seconds
- Fixed tv_stop not to retry connection
- Fixed redirecting proxy IP address format
- Fixed SourceTV servers reporting as VAC

Na hoffe das da nun auch mal die connection besser ist auf lan bei den TV servern... muss man wohl mal testen

Update?
Ich denke ein Patch behebt Programmfehler und ein Update bringt neue Features mit? Bei dem wenigen Änderungen ist der Patch die Meldung kaum wert. Wo bleiben neue (offizielle) Karten oder neue Waffen? Ich hatte gehofft, das Valve dort etwas mehr auf Draht ist. 😕

warum CSS nicht schon längst wieder eingestampft wurde und dafür auf CS1.6 weiterprogrammiert wird. Das alte CS wird doch ganz klar von der Community gewünscht. Und wenn da wieder ein paar neue Wafen, neue Maps und bessere Grafik (Physikverbesserungen lassen woa ma weg, die braucht eh keiner) dazukommen, würde wieder frischer Wind wehen. Aber im Moment riecht es sehr sehr sehr faulig in dem Sektor. 😎

Ein Wii-Sports würde ich ja nur all zu gerne auf der Liste der WWCL-unterstützten Spielen wiederfinden 🙂
